Der er mange fordele, når man flytter ind i en nybygget lejlighed på Engholmene. Blandt andet får man en bolig bestående af gode materialer, rene linjer og masser af lys. Udfordringen ved at flytte ind i en nyopført lejlighed kan opstå, når man skal sætte et personligt præg på boligen. Birgitte Vosper oplever nogle gange, at hendes kunder har problemer med at bryde det hvide og minimalistiske udtryk, som nyopførte boliger kan have.

”Den hvide, minimalistiske stil er smuk, men hvis man indretter sig efter et billede med rene linjer fra et boligmagasin, skal man ikke undre sig over, at der mangler personlighed. Den kommer med dig, og det er din stil, der skal skinne igennem. Husk at kombinere din stil med de ting, du elsker. Hygge kommer fra puder, gulvtæpper, et gammelt møbel, planter og små lyskilder i modsætning til spots i loftet,” fortæller Birgitte Vosper.

Farver skaber stemning og hygge
Birgitte Vosper har indrettet en række prøveboliger på Engholmene, og hun har stor erfaring med at give nyopførte boliger et personligt præg.

”I min optik er tæpper nødvendige, da de er med til at skabe hygge. Det kan være under sofaen, i gangen eller ved foden af sengen. Når jeg indretter projektboliger, får jeg sjældent lov til at male væggene, men jeg er stor fan af farver. Ved at male et par vægge bibeholder du det lækre og nye, men du giver det også noget varme og hygge,” fortæller Birgitte Vosper.

Tendensen er, at danskerne efterhånden er blevet trætte af, at alting er hvidt på hvidt. I stedet er mørkere farver på væggene blevet mere normale. Særligt de mere støvede farver, som er med til at give en helt anden dybde i rummet. Birgitte Vosper betragter farver og materialer som limen, der binder boligen sammen.

”Hvis du har blå farver i stuen – eksempelvis en grå sofa med blå puder – kan du med fordel prøve at ramme den samme blå farve i en pude i soveværelset eller i et billede på væggen. En blå vase på spisebordet i samme farveskala men eventuelt i en tone lysere eller mørkere, så det ikke ser for opstillet ud,” siger Birgitte Vosper, der samtidig understreger, at det skal være sjovt at indrette og ikke signalere, at man har fulgt en opskrift punkt for punkt.

Spisebordet er det vigtigste møbel
Køkken-alrummet er efterhånden en selvfølge i de fleste nybyggede boliger, og det samme gør sig gældende på Engholmene. Birgitte Vosper mener faktisk, at spisebordet er køkken-alrummets vigtigste møbel, hvorfor man bør gøre sig grundige tanker om spisebordets placering og formål.

”Jeg anbefaler, at man tager udgangspunkt i spisebordet, da det er det vigtigste møbel. Jeg synes også, det er vigtigt, at der er lækre lamper over bordet, da det skaber hygge. Hvis du har et stort køkken-alrum, så tænk over, hvordan rummet skal bruges. Hvis I eksempelvis vil bruge en breakfastbar til ungernes lektier, er det vigtigt, at barstolene er behagelige at sidde på, for ellers vil de ikke sidde der,” slutter Birgitte Vosper.

Hekla oplever i disse år stor vækst i antallet af medlemmer, hvilket skyldes den store tilflytning og klubbens fokus på det sociale liv. Hekla er med andre ord byens hyggeligste og mest populære fodboldklub – og træningsanlægget ligger blot en cykeltur på 10 minutter væk fra Engholmene.

Der er blå himmel og høj sol over Artillerivej på Amager, hvor fodboldklubben Hekla har hjemme. På denne aften er græsplænerne fyldt med drenge og piger i alle aldre. I hjørnet af træningsanlægget strømmer mild housemusik ud fra klubhusets åbne dobbeltdøre og skaber en hyggelig loungestemning. Ved de opstillede borde og bænke ved klubhuset sidder forældre og snakker, imens de venter på, deres børn bliver færdige med fodboldtræningen.

Vi møder Carsten Schwensen foran klubhuset på Hekla Park. Han er træner for Heklas U13-drengehold, som i dag spiller mod Nørrebro United. I dagens anledning har holdet fået nye kamptrøjer, som er sponsoreret af NPV A/S og Engholmene.

Foruden trænergerningen sidder Carsten Schwensen i bestyrelsen og spiller for klubbens veteranhold. Med andre ord en rigtig klubmand, som har været i Hekla i mange år. Han har oplevet den positive udvikling i tilgangen af ungdomsspillere.

”Tidligere brugte vi mange ressourcer på at erhverve nye medlemmer til ungdomsholdene. Nu er vi blevet nødt til at oprette ventelister på flere af drengeårgangene på grund af den store medlemstilgang,” fortæller Carsten Schwensen, der understreger, at nogle årgange har op mod 60 spillere, hvilket er det maksimale, klubben på nuværende tidspunkt kan håndtere.

”Væksten er gået hen og blevet en udfordring for os, da vi har begrænset banekapacitet. Omvendt kan vi heller ikke lide at sige nej til børn, der har et brændende ønske om at spille fodbold. Det er et dilemma, som vi skal have løst,” siger Carsten Schwensen. Hekla er på nuværende tidspunkt i gang med at få anlagt en kunstgræsbane, som kommer til at øge kapaciteten.

NPV A/S og Engholmene støtter lokalmiljøet og lokalsporten, da tilbuddene til alle aldre udgør en grundsten i bestræbelserne på at skabe lokalt sammenhold og sundhed for alle.

Hekla er blevet kult

Heklas øgede popularitet skyldes først og fremmest den store tilflytning som følge af de mange nybyggerier – heriblandt Engholmene. På nuværende tidspunkt kommer en stor andel af spillerne fra Islands Brygge. Men klubben har en strategisk god placering, og er derfor en oplagt mulighed for familier fra Enghave Brygge, da træningsanlægget blot ligger 10 minutter på cykel fra Engholmene.

Derudover peger Carsten Schwensen på stemningen og det sociale liv i klubben som værende andre afgørende faktorer for den popularitet, de oplever.

”Der er en hyggelig atmosfære herude. Det er også noget, som mange, der kommer herude første gang, bider mærke i og til dels bliver lidt overraskede over. Vi synes selv, vi er gode til at holde fokus på de sociale rammer – også arrangementer, som ikke nødvendigvis er fodboldrelaterede, men som er hyggelige for hele familien,” siger Carsten Schwensen.

Storsejr i de nye trøjer

Grundlæggende er Hekla en breddeklub, hvor den ældste årgang lige nu er U15. Det er et resultat af, at årgangene førhen er smuldret, fordi spillerne er skiftet til andre og større klubber på Amager. Men det er en tendens, som Hekla efterhånden er begyndt at få lukket. Det betyder, at de i højere grad kan holde på deres bedste spillere, hvilket også kunne ses på banen mod Nørrebro United. Her blev gæsterne sendt hjem med et knusende nederlag på hele 9-0.

Vi bygger haver alle vegne, og naturen flytter med ind i byen. Hvor det før var brosten, beton og bilos, er det nu i højere grad blevet muligt at skabe sin egen grønne oase. Dennis Knudsen viser rundt på sin tagterrasse på Myrholm og fortæller, hvad det grønne frirum betyder for ham.

I en af Engholmenes eksklusive penthouse-lejligheder på toppen af Myrholm bor frisør og stylist, Dennis Knudsen. Vi træder ud af elevatoren på 5. sal, hvor Dennis Knudsen byder os indenfor i den 205 kvadratmeter store penthouselejlighed. Her fører han os igennem den stilrene bolig, som han selv har indrettet.

”Indretning er en af mine store passioner. Min stil afspejler mit eget brand. Det, som præger den, er det rå og rustikke, kombineret med klassiske elementer”, fortæller Dennis Knudsen, mens han fører os direkte mod lejlighedens smukkeste sted:
Den 120 kvadratmeter store tagterrasse, som byder på et fantastisk syn ud over havnen og de arkitektegnede boliger på Engholmene. Her bruger den kendte frisør og stylist rigtig meget tid, fortæller han. Særligt om sommeren hvor han både spiser morgen- og aftensmad på terrassen.

”Jeg elsker min tagterrasse. Jeg bruger den som et udendørs fristed. Her kan jeg slappe af, tilberede mad ved udekøkkenet, og så er der aftensol på terrassen, så man kan sidde her længe og nyde aftenen”, siger Dennis Knudsen.

Kroge indrettet til dit humør
Et gennemgående træk, som går igen i alle hjørner af Dennis Knudsens bolig, er den gennemførte indretning. Det samme gør sig gældende, når vi træder ud på tagterrassen.

For at udnytte terrassens størrelse, har han valgt at lave flere små kroge og rum på terrassen, der varierer i stil og stemning. På den måde har han mulighed for at flytte rundt, alt efter hvad han har lyst til at se på, og hvad han den pågældende dag vil inspireres af. Det er stilarter, der spænder fra eksotisk til nordisk.

”Jeg har valgt at bruge forskellige grønne elementer til at skabe stemningen. I det ene hjørne har jeg plantet palmer og bambus – det er mit eksotiske hjørne. I et andet hjørne har jeg plantet grantræer. Her sidder jeg typisk, når jeg har brug for at slappe af”, fortæller Dennis Knudsen.

Men en taghave er ikke bare drømmeri og afslapning. Det er også en unik mulighed for at få hænderne i jorden og nyde afstressende arbejde.

”Jeg elsker havearbejde. Det er beroligende og sjovt at have fingrene i jorden,” siger Dennis Knudsen, der også investerer en del tid i at pleje sin terrasse.

Her får du Dennis Knudsens tre gode råd til indretning af en tagterrasse.

1. Du skal plante noget, som er robust. Planterne skal kunne tåle, at du er væk et par dage, ligesom de også skal kunne tåle både sol og gråvejr.
2. Planterne skal gerne være langtidsholdbare, så de også kan overvintre. På den måde sparer du både tid og penge.
3. . Du skal prioritere din terrasse eller altan. Det kræver, at du investerer tiden, hvis du vil holde din grønne oase ved lige.

Engholmene afholder en fotokonkurrence, hvor du har mulighed for at vinde fire biografbilletter til en valgfri film. Nedenfor giver Thorbjørn Hansen tre tips til, hvordan du optimerer dine chancer for at tage det bedste billede:

1) Billeder er i 2D, så hvis du vil skabe dybde, skal du huske at have noget i forgrunden, mellemgrunden og baggrunden af motivet.

2) Når du synes, du har fundet et godt motiv, så prøv at tage mange forskellige billeder af det. Hvis du har mulighed for det, så prøv at bevæge dig og fang motivet fra forskellige vinkler. Det koster ikke ekstra, og efterfølgende kan du lettere se, hvad der virker bedst, hvis du ser dem på en større skærm.

3) Husk at alt vejr kan bruges, så længe motivet er godt. Pointen er, at ren solskin og blå himmel ikke nødvendigvis er det eneste, der virker.

Der er efterspørgsel på boligerne langs havnekanten i København. For nylig rundede Engholmene et hjørne, da ejerbolig nummer 500 blev solgt. Og samtidig kan AP Pension, FSB, NPV A/S og CASA nu invitere til rejsegilde i forbindelse med opførelsen af 218 lejeboliger.

Der vil både være ejerlejligheder, byhuse, penthouses og lejeboliger i det nye bykvarter på Engholmene ved Enghave Brygge.

Og selvom det først er et par år ude i fremtiden, at Engholmene vil stå færdigudviklet med en kombination af boliger, arbejdspladser, restauranter, dagsinstitutioner og metrostationer, begynder livet i området at blomstre op.

Antallet af boligejere på Engholmene er stødt stigende, og mere end 500 boligejere har valgt Engholmene som deres nye hjem i København.

”Visionen bag Engholmene er at skabe et unikt boligområde med fokus på havnen og kanalerne, samtidig med at området bliver en integreret del af resten af byen. Derfor er det en stor glæde, at 500 boligejere allerede har sagt ja til at bosætte sig og bidrage til udviklingen af området, og at der samtidig opføres 218 lejeboliger”, fortæller Jens Schaumann, adm. direktør i NPV A/S, der står for udviklingen af Engholmene.

Lejeboliger på attraktiv placering på Engholmene
Netop ønsket om at skabe en diversitet og dynamik i den kommende bydel, hvor der ud over boliger også skal være arbejdspladser, institutioner, restauranter og caféer, har været et mål for NPV A/S.

For AP Pension er det særligt placeringen af de nye lejeboliger, som er central.

”Det er en række særdeles attraktive lejeboliger på Nobelholmen, som vi er ved at opføre på en af de sidste boligøer i Københavns Sydhavn. De kommende beboere ved Nobelholmen kommer til at bo centralt, hvor de er tæt på Københavns mange muligheder. Og med S-tog og to kommende metrostationer i området kan beboerne komme let omkring,” siger adm. direktør i AP Ejendomme, Peter Olsson.

Langt de fleste lejligheder på Kærholm og Myrholm er solgt
Den første af de seks citynære boligøer på Engholmene, som stod klar til indflytning, var Kærholm, hvor der er opført 192 moderne lejligheder. Her flyttede de første ind i 2017. Den næste ø, som blev indflytningsklar, var Myrholm med 214 boliger med udsigt til vandet. Her flyttede de første boligejere ind i efteråret 2018.

Næste skridt i udviklingen er nu at færdiggøre Lyngholm – herefter følger Tangholm, Sivholm og Nobelholmen.

På Lyngholm er næsten halvdelen af lejlighederne blevet solgt, hvilket også gør sig gældende, for salget af byhusene på Sivholm. Salget på Tangholm er i sin indledende fase.

”Vi er glade for den interesse, der er for området, både blandt lokale københavnere og købere fra andre egne af landet og udlandet. Fælles for boligøerne er, at de bliver en del af Engholmene. Målet for os er, at diversiteten i beboersammensætningen skal skabe et dynamisk område, som vil komme alle til gode”, siger Jens Schaumann, adm. direktør i NPV A/S.

Mandag den 9. september kl. 13-15 afholdes der rejsegilde på Nobelholmen. NPV A/S står bag opførelsen af Nobelholmen til AP Pension.

Onsdag den 21. august blev der afholdt rejsegilde på Tangholm. Traditionen tro havde NPV inviteret håndværkere, ingeniører og arkitekter på pølser, øl og kaffe for at markere, at Københavns Havn har fået endnu en ø.

Tangholm er den fjerde og den største af Engholmenes seks boligøer. I Københavns nye kanalby er Tangholm placeret længst mod nord ved siden af Kærholm, og ligger som den yderste boligø mod Havneholmen, tættest på City.

Efter planen vil de kommende beboere på Tangholm kunne flytte ind i deres lejligheder inden udgangen af 2021.

At afholde rejsegilde er en århundrede år gammel tradition. Oprindeligt blev der afholdt rejsegilde, fordi byggeprojektets succes afhang lige så meget af gudernes humør som af håndværkernes dygtighed. For at berolige eventuelle onde ånder blev taget pyntet med planter, der indeholdt gode ånder, og de skulle så give gode kræfter videre til huset, så det blev sikkert at bo i. I dag bruger vi rejsegildet som en milepæl for at fejre, at byggeriet er ved at være klar.

På Engholmene holdes traditionen med rejsegilde i hævd. Taget på Tangholm var i dagens anledning prydet af gran, og alle naboer og kommende beboere var inviteret til fest.

Rejsegildet bød blandt andet på taler fra nogle af de centrale aktører i opførelsen af Tangholm. Bygherre var repræsenteret af Anders Boe Hauggaard, Teknisk Direktør hos NPV, som i sin tale understregede, at de kommende beboere på Tangholm har noget ekstraordinært at se frem til:

”Jeg føler mig sikker på, at køberne på Tangholm vil opleve, at Tangholm indeholder noget ekstra. Eksempelvis placeringen med et af de bedste kig ind over havneløbet fra en stor del af boligerne.”

Derudover holdt entreprenøren og arkitektfirmaet tale. De var repræsenteret af henholdsvis Henrik Bang, Projektchef hos CASA og Mette Julie Skibsholt, Partner hos Arkitema.

Efter talerne kunne de fremmødte deltagere nyde en pølse fra den legendariske pølsevogn Harry´s Place, en kop friskbrygget kaffe fra kaffevognen og en iskold fadøl.

Som beboer på Engholmene har man vandet som nabo, og i den kommende weekend er der et væld af sjove aktiviteter lige uden for døren, når der afholdes Kulturhavn Festival, hvor havnen og det blå liv er i fokus. På Teglholm kan man blandt andet prøve kræfter med flydende morgenyoga og vandkampmaraton på tømmerflåder.

I den kommende weekend slår Københavns Kommune dørene op til den 18. udgave af Kulturhavn Festival, som er Danmarks største kultur- og havnefestival, hvor omkring 150 københavnske foreninger, kulturaktører og andre samarbejdspartnere byder deltagere og publikum velkommen. Som festivalgæst har man mulighed for at deltage aktivt i de mange forskellige arrangementer, som bliver afholdt på forskellige locations langs Københavns Havn. Og som beboer i Engholmene behøver man ikke bevæge sig langt for at være en del af Kulturhavn Festival 2019.
På Teglholmen, der ligger som nabo til Enghave Brygge, afholdes en række events, hvor bassinet ved Skolen i Sydhavn bliver omdannet til en flydende legeplads. Her vil der være rig mulighed for at nyde nogle af årets sidste sensommerdage i selskab med familie, venner og naboer.

Lørdag den 24. august

– Livemusik på vandet (Kl. 17.00 – 19.00)

Her kan I opleve et originalt koncert set-up, hvor der ved Teglholmens Sydkaj vil være livemusik på en fortøjet tømmerflåde. Festivalgæsterne vil blive placeret på kajen foran caféen YUM, som vil fungere som en tribune til koncerten.

– Aften chill-out på tømmerflåde (Kl. 19.00 – 22.00)

Kom forbi og nyd aftenen og solnedgangen i en afslappende lounge med musik, en hyggelig atmosfære og vandets beroligende bevægelser på den store tømmerflåde, der er fortøjet ved Teglholmens Sydkaj foran caféen YUM.

Søndag den 25. august

– Flydende morgenyoga (Kl. 10.00 – 12.00)

Det er vigtigt at få en god start på dagen. Med dette arrangement får I mulighed for at deltage i formiddagsyoga med en instruktør på en fortøjet tømmerflåde i bassinet ved Skolen i Sydhavnen. Yogatimen bliver udført med hjælp fra Dóttir Hot Yoga.

– Vandkampmaraton på tømmerflåder (Kl. 11.00 – 16.00)

Find din indre vandkriger frem og kom ned til Teglholm hvor årets vildeste vandkamp udspiller sig. Her bliver fire tømmerflåder spændt ud for hinanden, hvor deltagerne skal fylde modstanderens spand for at vinde. Med vandgeværer og havnens vand som ammunition er du garanteret en sjov oplevelse.

Så tag familien under armen og kom ud og oplev Kulturhavn Festival 2019, hvor der er aktiviteter for både børn og voksne i alle aldre. Alle aktiviteterne er gratis at deltage i.
